250km Down

Started with a 6k climb up that took roughly an hour. Almost cried, held it in. #champion
The ride down from the peak was under 20 minutes - a serious cruise. There's a short video of our guide explaining the course on my Instagram.  
First break came with coconut-fried bananas (just a light sports snack). We actually burn around 3,000+ calories biking so whatever. 
Lunch break for soup. Fish balls, natch. It's worth mentioning that Tick does almost 100% of the ordering so we try a lot. 
Ended the day at Khao Lak on the Indian Ocean. It's beatiful here, but actually was one of the Thai areas hit hardest by the big 2004 tsunami so most of the development now is relatively new.
