Wat Pho, Buddhalicious

Wat Pho is one of the Bangkok Buddhist monasteries -- famous for the GIANT reclining Buddha (see below, it's like 50 yds long), but with 872 total Buddhas. 

It's also the birthplace of Thai massage and they still teach it today, which means you can get an hour massage for $12. That's. What's. Up. 

Wat Pho is an incredible sprawling complex filled with beautiful pagodas, chapels, and the aforementioned hundreds of Buddhas. 

Would I go again? Yes. It exceeded my expectations. 

Suggestion: Go before 10am if you can before it fills up and your face melts off. 

Also, it costs $3 to get in. And you have to wear a robe if your legs are showing (see shameful American pictured below for reference).
