Pad Ka-Prao

Stopped at this little roadside stand for sustenance. We're in a smaller town with almost zero tourists so the menu card was all in Thai characters. There were a couple pictures so I pointed to one. This women brought a small piece of heaven over. 

This could be the best $1.40 spent so far. 

Update: I have since found out this is a classic Thai staple. Every family has their own version.
