Tour de Thailand, Day 3

Day 3. Many Advil. Feeling like an athlete, but a not-great one. #teamthailand
Started way up high with the Thai sun burning bright.
Crossed a bridge that made my palms even more sweaty.

Stopped at a school for a morning break. The giggling kids got to practice their English. "Hello. Good morning. What is your name. What sport do you like?" Went with volleyball on that one.
Tick told us "21k for a cup of tea," but you can bet after exerting that much effort I'm having a coffee with extra milk.
Lunch was on top of a big hill. Roadside noodle stand. Delicious and spicy. More sweating.
Ended the day after crazy dirt hills at Jungle House where the "beach" is on the river. If you go to this area, stay here!
We were told to lock our bungalows because the theives (monkies) are rampant.
Limestone vistas and finally stopped sweating. What a great place to recoup.

  1. Beautiful views, soup de jour looks delicious. Nice children in uniforms. Monkey bandits?
